Need Help How to get Colex registration + cut file through FlexiPRINT?

Recently acquired a Stratojet flatbed with a copy of FlexiPRINT Edition 24. According to the techs who installed our printer, FlexiPRINT should be able to add Colex registration marks onto our print, and I'm assuming we can retrieve a cut file to feed our Colex SharpCut afterward. On ThinkSAi's website, it lists Flexi having compatibility with Colex. However contacting SAi Customer Service, we need to shell out $71/month just to ask questions to their US-based support team.

Anyone know of a way to get FlexiPRINT and our Colex to shake hands?
