How to give a logo an embroidery look?

This looks like a pretty easy process. And end result I pretty cool

This one is probably the best out of the three that were listed. At least for fill stitching. The text, not so much. For looking like embroidery.


I have not personally used this guys text effects but they look pretty snappy.

This one is second best, but still very rough.



That one actually looks more like Chenille then it does embroidery. Manual chenille, not automated chenille (there is a significant difference between the two).


Of course, nothing is really going to beat a simulated preview done with an embroidery program (although they do have digitizing plugins for Ai (although the one that I'm thinking about goes for 3k for the full license)). The chenille one looks the most finished, but it doesn't look like embroidery, it looks like chenille.
