How to set a Mamaki C-160 FX ii to half cut with registration marks

I'm trying to set my cutter to do a half cut, but I cannot figure out how to set it so that the blade matches the mark. I can get it to cut, but the cut is off.
The blade is in the bottom whole so it's cutting down further, and I need it to go up a bit more.

(Sorry I am a newbie at plotters, I hope this makes sense)

Good evening, you have to set knife to the back holder, and make sure that half cut is turned on in the settings.

Hi,

I have the same cutter and it’s a great cutter but mimaki’s documentation is horrible. There are 2-3 decent YouTube videos on settings it up. I think they are doing it on a cjv150 but it’s pretty much the same. It’s impossible to find and actual instructions anywhere though

We never really got to it work on our machine but we also have a flatbed cutter so we just use that instead.
