How to stretch a vinyl

Our measurements were off by 3mm and we printed a vinyl around 2000mm x 3000mm. How do I get the vinyl to stretch the extra 3mm so that there is no gaps at the edges?

Adhesive vinyl? If you are installing with a Big Squeegee, it's easy to gain length in the direction you are squeegeeing. In fact you have to work hard not to stretch the vinyl an inch over a distance like that. Not sure how you'd get gains in length and width at the same time without making it wavy. Put a tape border around it....

I do not recommend stretching. Its hard to get it to stretch perfectly across and you risk loss of adhesion. I am sure it can be done, but I'd rather reprint than to remove and install again.
