Hello, please can you help me find out how to make these signs? They are wooden, have a crackle effect, what machine do I need? Many thanks everyone

first off scrap the wood (wood sucks and wont last long unless it interior) and use 3/4" PVC. These are routed and then primed and cracklepainted
