HP 335 Latex printer help

I just bought an HP335 Latex printer with setup laptop ( flexi 12-windows 10) that was being used in Baltimore with Comcast.
I live in Southern Md and don't have Comcast. I have DSL. I ran ethernet cable to printer and have wireless to laptop.
When I send my image to printer it goes through everything right says printing but it does not print. The printer comes on but nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong? Can anyone please help me?

Set the IP on the printer to DHCP, check what it got and put that into Flexi.
Something in your network settings is from their setup and yours is different.

under network I have IPv4 configuration...IP address not configured. dhcpv6 policy...router unavailable, proxy port 80. On laptop port is 9100.
Should I start completely from scratch?

Am I missing something? You cannot print wirelessly to this printer.

Set the ip v4 in laptop ethernet to 172.17.15.100 and on the machine to 172.17.15.101 and configure flexi to print to this ip.

He's got a router in the middle, it's fine it works.
