The only service manual I've seen is the "Latex 300 Printer Series Service Manual, Edition 1", dated April 2014.

Seems like there should be a newer one, but I haven't seen it.

Thanks, Steenland. I found one on eBay. Let's see how this goes, seems like the seller is reputable and sent me a file as well.
