HP 45500 Ink Problems

Hello we have a HP 45500, have'nt had too many problems with it. Today we started printing a job on .050 Aluminum, the first 3 came out perfect the 4th half way through just the black ink started to fade out. The machine still acted like it was printing just fine but no/ very little ink was coming out of the head. I replaced the ink box and the filer, any other ideas?

what does your prime bar look like on vinyl now.

check the ink status from the head if theres correct filled the value must ~same to other heads INK & Air status.

Another can be a vacuum leak so the Black has ink drops under the heads.

Ink Air Thresh Status
Black 56 34 49 Ink
Cyan 68 34 49 Ink
Mag 64 48 63 Ink
Yellow 66 48 63 Ink

sees if I purge the black it runs better but?
