Getting the following error
System Error
0f0100 02ae04f0 tho not 100% sure thats a "a" after the 2.
Attached photos of unit messages.
Posted to HP community and no replies after a week and No internet search drilled it down for me.

Hello
Yes that was the first page I found when I searched the net.
There's only one listing for the first part of the error and the second part does not match. Deals with the cutter not deactivation.
There is a 0FXXXX that says firmware corrupted but little more info it was stopped being used for about a month now it get that error when turning on, after the error I press enter and it shows that it needs ink ( Black and lite cyan) , Black cartrige is full, Light Cyan is emty will need to be replace.
I dont' think its the firmware since it continues. Any electrical device I have ever used that had a firmware issue stop dead in its tracks at that point.
