Hp fb 550 lamp error code e-cn-12

Need help, any anyone had this issue with there fb machines. Both shutter have been replaced, still getting error code

The whole shutter housing and lamps have been replaced from my other fb 700 machine. Are you referring to the wires on the side of the lamps
