I’m having issues calibrating the service station on my FB500. Specifically the wiper section of the calibration. I make it through step one: wiper height. Step two: wiper tilt. Step three: wiper height on input side. Then for some reason the wipers move to the output side and raise so high that it pushes the carriage off its rails. I am never able to recover this without killing the power and rebooting. Without the calibration I cannot purge the heads. This has to be finished before I can move on. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
