Hp fb500 vacuum fans

My vacuum fans inside the belt are going bad. Has anyone dealt with this? I'm wondering about how to make this repair, how long it takes, and best source for parts

depends on what array is bad. They are probably filled with ink from aerosol through the holes. They are all the same. print pre and post fan array. I think there are like 10-15 fans in ea array...takes time for someone that knows what they are doing. Rail towers along with some other items need to be removed to access. If you remove the sec station cover you can look in and see the three arrays....once unscrewed they slide right out...its just getting to them that needs to be thought out.
