HP fb700 blue print heads overspray problem

We're having a weird overspray problem with our cyan/lt cyan colors. How can we fix this?

Cleaned the heads, ran the auto-calibration routines -- and its still doing this. What's happening here? Happens on all materials, including metal (with ionizer enabled)

Looks like a bad cyan ink cart to me... That's what we had a half dozen times.

Purge your head / ink reservoir...put a new cyan in, fill the ink lines and try again.

I thought they fixed this issue... But it still seems to keep cropping up.

Can you do a prime bar test and upload a pic? To me it looks like an expired cyan cartridge. You can run the prints in a single pass fine text mode to avoid the overspray.
