HP latex 360 42:03 error code and print issue

the printer stops and shows error code 42:03 and paper jam code during the print. There is a big bang sound and the carriage is in the home position when the error code shows.
as you can see, there is an issue with the print as well.

I cleaned the encoder strip and switched another motor from another working L360, but I still had the same issue. The trailing cable and belt look good.
Any suggestions please?

No, take it out and proper clean.

the print is not square, when i lose the tension screw a bit, the print seems ok now.

is the motor going to die?

Well didn't you test with two so you can close that out? Usually it feels a little bit resistant to turn with hand if it's going out.

I would still recommend to do full cleaning on the sensor if you didn't already.

The printer works fine so far after switching the motor and cleaning the strip and encoder. All the parts are not new, I guess the issue may happen very soon.
