Purchased in September 2022 (Grimco). Very light use–less than 100 hours print time. Regular maintenance and used at least once a week for small jobs. After having some issues with several of the printheads, HP replaced print heads and carriages in January 2024 under warranty and no issues since. Comes with HP Textile Kit accessory that has never been used and still in boxes. Also welcome to take all the printable roll material I have on hand as well.
