HP Latex Ink Price Increases in Canada

HP Latex Ink pricing is getting out of hand, at least here in Canada. I remember paying approximately $104 CDN for a HP 821 400 mL ink bladder and now the current price from ND Graphics (Canadian Company) is $161 and Grimco (American Company) is $174. This is getting out of hand. Looking for competitive pricing or other suggestions to lower our ink costs in Canada?

That 400ml was never about the price. I'll doubt you find it much cheaper unless some after market supplies it.

Agreed, unfortunately. I'm on the hunt for inks but also now having to consider whether looking at newer printer with more economical consumables may become more a priority.

I can't help you in Canada, but the new Roland XP printer is really fast and the ink costs are only $.10/ft2 on average. If you have a lot of volume, a Colorado is a good call as well where you'll see ink costs at $.08/ft2 or better (USD)
