HP Latex R1000 - how to print white ink?

No one that knows how to print an undercoat of white ink works here anymore.
I am not new to this, but I cannot quite figure out or remember how.

We have:
HP Latex R1000
Caldera Rip Ver 17
FlexiSIGN Pro Cloud Ver 11

There's heaps of stuff and HP has a couple documents describing the process. It's been some time since I've ripped white/color through Caldera, but I certainly know the work flow with Onyx. I'll see if I can post the HP docs that give Caldera instruction.

Here's the two PDFs I have on white. We design in Adobe Illustrator and print using Onyx so Flexi/Caldera will differ, but there's info in at least one of these that should help.
