I/F 20 error

I/F 20 error, I have just bought a refurb jv3 160sp i also run a jv3 160s i have just purchased signature shiraz 7.5 i keep getting i/f 20 error and large prints stop 2/3rds way through very annoying did not have this with colorgate any ideas?

I have been told to turn off printer polling, anybody else had this problem I will try this tomorrow
