I'm 75% the way through building a studio in my backyard that, when finished, will look similar
to the one in the image, but bigger. I plan to do siding out of black composite aluminum sheets
I have been given. The problem is, I don't want to paint them and can't find a vinyl color I'm happy with.
I'm thinking about applying white vinyl and screen print the color.. but I know next to nothing about screen printing...
Any advice?

Being a grandpa is more fun than working
Why go for high maintenance? I'd skip the vinyl and just paint...and then do something textured to look like real clapboard siding...or any other material.

Your not gonna screen print that, especially if you don't know how. You could flood it, but that will be silly. Screen printing inks aren't gonna give a whole lotta extra life.... also especially on vinyl. Your best bet is to let them black. That is by far the best coating you can get these days, unless you go to a body shop and have them paint them and then bake them. Cost..... ?? too much for the project. Just let it black or start with the color you want from one of the factory colors.

Screen print 4' x 8' black panels to another colour, and you have never screen printed...

Where did get this idea?

Why would you want to screen print and not paint?

I was going to apply white vinyl first, and do a solid flood fill to 12" x 120" panels.
I have been around screen printing for years and setup tons of rubyliths,
but haven't pulled the ink much. It doesn't seem like it would be hard to do a solid color.

I don't have a place to paint them without getting trash in the finish, also it will be too cold before I
get the chance.

Scuff panels. Wipe with reducer. Paint with single stage automotive paint. Install. Sit back and admire your work.
