Ink problem with Epson EC2820

Hi I’m having a problem with my EC2820. I bought it refurbished from EBay.
Even so all cartridges are full it does not print properly. Only red comes through and that also is quite faint. I went through the maintenance program three times and waited 12 hours in between but the problem is still there. What can I do? Thanks Ida

This is a desktop printer correct? It sounds like the head is either clogged up or damaged. Typically it's cheaper to replace then repair these as they aren't very expensive in comparison to actual production printers. Not sure if the head can be removed, but if possible without damaging it further, you could see how it looks.
