Need Help Ink spills when pass is high.

Can someone explain this scenario. When printing vinyl i have to use 3pass so that the ink wouldn’t spill. As shown in the picture. That was 4Pass

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
I assume this is solvent? Try turning up the heat. Also, try to use a profile that is created for the amount of passes you want. If you're using the same profile and just adjusting the pass setting, it can mess up the ink limits and put too much ink down.
