A customer of mine recently "inherited" an Inkcups X2 (UV Flatbed) machine. I am well versed on Mimaki, HP (old school) and Roland eco-solvent printers, but know nothing about UV. Machine has been sitting for about 3 years, but looks like it was flushed out and shut down properly. If anyone could give me a quick opinion on machine, Id appreciate it! Basically looking for EASE OF USE, RELIABILITY, DURABILITY. Machine is currently set up for white and varnish. TIA

Is the X2 gen5 or gen4 heads? I have a half dozen gen5 from a left over build and I may and try to get my hands on an X2 or Xjet I need if repair

I would verify with Inkcups but I believe they are all Gen 5

I have run into some older versions of X2 using Gen 4 heads. Newer (2018+ equipment have Gen 5). But verify with Inkcups.
