SA International (SAi), with corporate headquarters located in Salt Lake City, UT is recognized as a global leader in providing complete, professional software solutions for the sign making, digital printing, and CNC machining industries. SAi is seeking a customer sales representative who is self-motivated and eager to help a growing company reach its full potential. The position is full-time (M-F, 8 am -5 pm).

An Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) is responsible for a managing sales quota, sales related inquiries, leads, placing proactive outbound calls to established customers and responding to potential prospects. In addition, the ISR position will be responsible to respond to customer requests and questions regarding order status and shipping information. This position will work closely with other company functions including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Technical Services. This is a key position within our company where personal drive, determination, and creativity can have a major impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Calls potential customers (warm-leads and cold calling) to offer additional information about company products.
• Receives telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers, original equipment manufacturers, account managers, and distributors.
• Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
• Full knowledge of the SAi product line with the ability to explain product features, advantages and benefits.
• Maintains files of active orders and posts activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments.
• Prepares paperwork (original purchase order, copies of invoice, and return goods memo) to be given to accounting department for credit or debit to be issued.
• Conflict Management - Able to use a win-win approach to resolve customer disputes; stay objective and fair when dealing with sensitive situations. Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to use reason.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good phone presence.
• Experience in sales, prospecting, marketing or inside sales for a software / technology company a plus.
• College degree or equivalent experience is desired; will consider currently enrolled students.
• Generic knowledge of databases or CRM software desirable.
• Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.
