Right now we're using Google Calendar to schedule our installs. We put details about the job in the event and upload a copy of the proof for the job so the installers can bring up whatever they need while they're out.
It works, but it's a bit cumbersome to view anything on your phone. It usually takes about 5 clicks just to bring up the proof. I'm hoping there's a better piece of software to coordinate everything.
Anyone have suggestions?
