Need Help Install instruction for Summa F1612 Carriage board?

Does anyone happen to have install instructions for Carriage board replacement on a F1612?

We blew our slot 3 a few months ago and now just blew slot 2. I have the board and the "instructions" that came with it are just a QR code that leads me to a dead end on a Summa website.

Can anyone help?

I'm going to need to replace this thing first thing Monday morning as we're dead in the water in the middle of a few large projects that have to be cut on the F-series.

Hi everyone, I just wondering about the carriage board of F1612 can use on F1330 or not? Looking through the physical board is similar on both but the different is the number. If everyone know, please let me know. Thank you
