Installing Opticlear on a flat light table help

We recently installed an Opticlear reverse mounted graphic on glass for a light table. It's a large piece 40" x 90".
We used Rapid Tack and tried to squeegee out as much as possible, flipped and installed it and now there is modelling or splotches showing through the graphic. The backlighting is not working out due to this.

Any suggestions on how to better install these pieces?

Time only time

Give it time or place it outside on a sunny day and it should
disappear.

I find the best way to apply opticlear images is through the laminator.
If you have enough people to help you run it through I would try it but be really careful with it as it's a big piece.
