I'm saying drawn because the 2 "I"s and 2 "T"s are different.

Looks easy. Use the trace tools in Corel or Flexi. Then cleanup the nodes, if that is needed.

I agree with RG

Obviously it was originally hand drawn, but I'm not sure if they created an editable Font Library that can be purchased. So, I agree with Rg; trace it with Corel....it will trace it with no problem because the font style is bold and clean!!
