Working on a donor wall (interior). The background needs to be at least 1/2" deep. Acrylic is not an option due to cost (this is a Non-Profit).
Signs 365 does not offer anything with that depth. HDR does, however I have not used them in years and was underwhelmed when I did.

Anyone else out there? 3 pieces. Largest is 65-1/2"W X 48"H.

Also any other flat cut out letter suppliers other than Gemini? About 300 letters @1.5"H. Tape mounted. Even foam vs acrylic would be good.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I just got a sample pack from firesprint. They have a foamboard that isn't quite 1/2". call them and see if they can help you. They are awesome to work with.
