Issue with Roland SP540v

So this is the situation: I have ran out of ink and did not know that I shouldn t let that happen. The printer probably pulled some air in; as a result the printer on the print test printed only the blue and black color (I ran out of yellow and magenta) when put new ink.

I selected a head wash in the menu and new when i turn on the printer it does "filling ink" and it does it for a long period only wasting ink (3 bottles). I checked if the pipes are clogged and they are not.

What could be the issue? Is there a way to do a hard reset so when i turn on the printer it works without starting the "filling ink" automatically.

Note: All dampers and cap tops have ink in them.

Appreciate any help.

Is there ink in the lines? If there is ink in the cap tops, then it means it's going through the head, might be that you blew a fuse. Check the fuses on the main board.

Unplug the printer from the wall and leave 15 minutes. Start it up again and select the ink configuration in the menu. This should cancel the headwash
