I've Disabled my Ad Blocker!

Hello Folks, I have been away on vacation for a bit, so I'm happy to see this place is alive and well. . . My problem upon my return is how to get rid of the pesky notification black box order to remove my Ad Blocker? I HAVE REMOVED MY AD BLOCKER. . . ! ! !
