JF-1631 strange error

Where to start.....

I changed out a head and when i powered everything back up, i burnt one of the ribbon cables (from the mengta head i replaced). I replaced that and got the error message;

System Halt (1)
11d: PCB SLRLY_F1

Figured out it was one of the fuses on the PCB Station. We soldered on a new fuse and use a volt meter and it read that it was working. So, i put the board and cables back in and then i got a weird message i've never seen before.

First screen that popped up said

Systam Halt
PCB Station

That lasted about 3 seconds on the screen, then this popped up.

133: PCB State
PIO: Slider ok


But it's all frozen. I can't do anything. Has anyone else every seen this, or know how to fix this?

SYSTEM HALT (1)
133: PCB STATION

That's followed by

133: PCB STATION
PIO SLIDER OK

Thoughts anyone??

Still have the issue.

Someone mentioned that it could be the Station PCB board. Said it's underneath where the inks are. I opened it up and there is a board that says Station E400579. I can't find that online anywhere?!!?

did you check the connector connection of the table IO PCB?
also did you check the connector connection between table IO PCB~main PCB
