JFX200-2513 EX Clear ink profile issues

Curious if anyone has run into this and maybe knows the cause.

When running a job with clear ink in Rasterlink the printer goes thru all the x-y movements of the full job but does not lay down any ink. CMYK prints perfect. CMYK + White prints perfect.
Tried setting it up on our Onyx 25 thrive RIP and we have the same issue.
