Just ordered Signvox! Transition????

Our shop just ordered Signvox today and we still have to fill out all the paperwork and everything but I was just wondering, what difficulties should I expect with the transition?? We have never used and sort of software like this before just simply quickbooks and an up to date job list every day. Thanks!

simple, and if you have problems.. there's a live chat button where Rao, or someone else is there, and you'll have immediate service.

I was on their website and it's pretty terrible, no pricing, demos or order links.
Glad to hear their customer support is good.

It’s all about your print!
I transitioned to SignVOX about a month ago. Let me know if you have any questions, I could probably help you out with the nitty gritty of it. It took me about 3 weeks to get all my pricing and figure out how everything worked from job flow to integrating with quickbooks!

Yes our website is like doo doo...it stinks. We have plans to redo it with all the bells and whistles in the near future. We are just busier working on the things that matter: customer support, training & new features/improvements.

If you'd like to see it please let me know so I can show you the product with all of the bells and whistles.
