JV-33 Majenta problem

Has anyone ever seen this problem
Printer used daily
both Majenta ends of test print dying a slow death since new
its like they were drying up slowly over weeks/months
Soft washes at first were working
then reg. then hard and then onto 2X hard washes to get the majenta firring in the morning
No missing nozlles on any other part of the head/test print(ever)

NOW all of a sudden ...NO MAJENTA AT ALL :noway: and one of the dampers...(1-8) has cyan in it?????...pump??????????????

And no i didn`t replace cartriges in wrong slots

Any ideas...clues...

Try cleaning the ink cap the rubber around it might have a lot of ink build up. Also try a nozzle wash and let the print head soak for a few minutes. I really think the problem is with the ink cap, might need to replce the cap station? Good Luck :rock-n-roll:
