JV3-160 Printing 4 Coloured lines through the length of the Print

Forgive me for not using the correct terminology, I am new to this site and only 4 months in taking over a sign business with zero previous experience.

I have 4 lines of colour, purple, orange, green and pink a few mm wide each running straight lines through the length of the print, its in the first 150mm of the width.

I've cleaned it religiously, the build up is clear, I've done a 50min head soak and its not budging. Is there anything else I can do? I'm currently printing on the farthest area of media so as not to touch the first 150mm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Take a pic of your nozzle check before and after the print, as well as the print showing the issue.

It is better you can take pictures of the test print.
Technicians can find the problem refer them.

Replace your capping station screws with recess-mount screws. They are damaging your print heads; your black head is already ruined.
I cannot see much in the sample print photo besides banding caused by the missing nozzles, so I assume that is what you are referring to.

Thank you, I know the screws have already been replaced. The previous owner did this. There are two faults with the test print, the first is the lines are out and the sharp back lines around each box look jagged. The second fault is the lines running through the print, hard to see on the pic but if you look at the colour on the bottom you can see two lines one near the word cyan and one near the word yellow. This is showing pretty bad on some of the print I have for customers.

if my heads are ruined, where do I get new ones from? I'm in the UK. Sorry for all the questions, I'm new to all this.
