jv3 printer keeps stopping

hi all
ive been using the jv3 at work for the past year and its just started stopping for no reason giving me this error code on the rip

jv33130 : DRV : An error has occurred during output(W). < 0000001F{ 31 } > - [ GetOverlappedResult ] - ( 0x02088002 )


any body any idea ? its doing my head in lol

it is most likely your rip software or the drivers are having problems
