JV33 160 pump tube wash

I select to hit the Pump Tube Wash and no solution comes out of the line into the capping station area for the pump tube wash. The cleaning solution is full. Any ideas on why no solution will not come out will be helpful.

Try getting it to fill up via a Nozzle Wash.

Not sure what a pump tube wash is...but if you hit function to fill the cap during a nozzle wash (granted you have solution) you should get fluid out of the tube.

I had the same problem. When the screen says "Fill" you have to press and hold the Function button. Once full then press enter.
