Kisscut Alignment Problem

Chop

New Member
Hey,

I am having an issue with kisscut alignment. When I use the Print & Cut function, the kisscut is off-center and bad align. How can I ensure the kisscut stays perfectly centered alignment?

The RasterLink software is 7.3 version.

Mimaki Model is CJV150.

Can you please help me solve this issue?

Thanks.

divide them into smaller sections so that you cut each section at a time. Sometimes when you try to print and cut too many at once, you'll have issues cutting

If the whole print is misaligned, you could consider calibrating the offset between the camera and the kiss-cut knife. We have to do that from time to time on our flatbed. We never cut large runs of small stickers but divide them into smaller parts to avoid drifting on our Summa plotter.
