L26500 Drying issue or ....?

I've noticed this on a few prints. It looks like it is a drying issue, but this happens even in white areas where there is no ink. It actually gives the print a matte finish in certain areas. I don't think it is rewetting, because it looks like this when it comes off the printer sometimes. I thought maybe it was a laminate issue at first, but it seems like it is something in the print/media. Has anyone seen this before?

FYI - The color in the picture is actually a very light cream color not white.

We see it in the 8518 laminate quite often. It's not uncommon. Usually heat will take it out. The last 200" of the rolls are the worst.

I agree its either that light hazing in the end of the roll, heat removes that.

OR

too much pressure on you laminator with laminating.
Be sure when its fed its nice a flat no waving, straight, and not too much pressure.
Also check the tension on the bar holds/feeds your lam, cast is thin and will stretch
