two models im thinking off are the

Royal Sovereign RSH-1651 65 Inch Wide Format Roll Laminator

Seal 62 Base Wide format laminator

GBC Titan

Im not sure if I need a hot laminator but id like to keep my options open
has anyone had experience with these models

im leaning towards the Royal Sovereign

Would like them to Laminate, Mount, Premask, encapsulate

We use a Royal Sovereign... have heard others complain but personally haven't had any problems with it once I got the hang of actually running it.

Have never used the dual rollers to encapsulate.

Laminator

I have used all 3 and the line up would be close ties with the seal and GBC. The Royal is in third place. You would only really use hot if you are doing high end menu prints or something. 99.9% of all things you print will be with cold. I have never needed hot lam in 13 years.

If interested in a GBC, I have a brand new GBC Titan 1064 64" cold laminator for sale. Bought it for an intended use and decided not to do what I was going to do. I paid almost $7000.00 and will let it go for $5400.00. I can assure you it has not been used and is in perfect shape. Can send pictures. Perhaps used one go for this price but not one in this shape.
Anyway, if not interested in mine I would still advise you to go with GBC or Seal. A friend has the Royal and complains all the time on longer runs.

I have had experience with an old GBC heated Laminator and it was pretty good and I have no experience using a Cold lam or film and just assumed that heat was still the prefered method

are the features of the Seal 62 Pro worth the extra over the 62 Base? also can the 62 Base support a roll of Kraft paper ? as a liner?
