got a chiller for my omtech 100watt. I want to add the vevor 40watt co2 think I can tee off that chiller to cover the 40watt? Suggestions? Will it handle both tubes?

Can look up the cooling capacity. If the compressor is running constantly on the 100W, probably a good idea to avoid doing that. But if the compressor only runs occasionally, should be fine. Just monitor your temps.

Do you have the AF2440 Omtech? I just finished doing the exhaust and air assist upgrades on mine today. Testing 1/4'' acrylic on it looks pretty good.

We use the hell out of our 60W and that does 1/4" acrylic well. Omtech is a great unit for the price. We have been using ours a couple of years and had to replace the tube and laser power supply at separate times, but it's been great.
