so this is new to me.....
I did a test plot and my number 6 printhead isnt printing magenta so i replaced it because i had one on the shelf easy as 1 2 3 nope after replacement i closed everything up and now it asks me to clean the connecting points (not sure what thats called) so i did then i closed it up then it wanted me to swap print heads did that and now the printer screen says unable to troubleshoot and has an error code for both printheads 0x00002 and 0x002002. the warrenty of the printer is out and i am just a small business so i dont really feel like paying $90/hr to talk to someone that i cant understand and not get anything resolved any suggestions???
