Latex 310 print size issues

When i print something it always comes out smaller than it should be. HP tech run me through a procedure to fix the issue but it didn't fix it. Any ideas what to do would be appreciated.

the issue could be one of several different ones.
so start with how your printing. starting points, what steps, and software used.

Also add how much the print are off. If they are off on the width of the material or the length.

Figured it out. My output compensation was off in my production manager. Thanks for the replies
