I'm guessing nobody uses this stuff? I can see how it would be quicker to manufacture letters with but also seems like it could be a pain if you ever have to service them in the future.

not really, you just take the face/return off to service instead of just the face it seems...

never used it, but was looking at the pdfs on the site and that seems about what it is...
