Hello,
I am new to this forum and in hopes to get some better direction instead the generic email solutions on here. I have a Roland TrueVIS LG-640-UV . This machine is only a little over a month old , we have been using Versaworks 7 but wanted to upgrade to Onyx 25. Unfortunately, after going through our vendor list of media we cannot find media that is compatible. This means creating our own profile. At this point I have gotten the run around and am looking for help. I am unsure if anyone has had this issue and has corrected it. At this point if anyone has the correct media profiles such as the generic vinyl adhesive that I've been told should be listed . Thank you for your time.
