Hello,
I am trying to find a working print profile for General Formulations Concept Series #234. RIP is onyx 10.2.5 on an HP L26500. I downloaded the profile on General's website, but I get an error when I try to import it to onyx. The profile shows up in my list even after the error, but nothing will print with that media selected. I tried to just copy the profile information to put it in over one of my old profiles that I no longer use, but I can not get it to open the print options screen to show the tempuratures. I assume that is what ended up missing when I got the error. I ran a test with a canned HP profile for PVC-free wallpaper, and it seems okay, but I would really like to have the correct profile.
Any help or suggestions?????
