Between 2015 and early 2017 we bought plenty of USI media (various printing materials and laminates), - they have been available in Germany for no obvious reason @ very good price.
- The material I like a lot is USI PRINTJET BANNER 200 ARTIST POLYESTER WHITE (see attached foto). - we use it for bookbinding purposes (as a wrapping material for hardcovers, printed with HP Latex).
Now we only have one roll left and look for replacement. - USI don't seem to offer it anymore, but there must be something similar available?
"200" seem to mean 200g? via waybackmachine I looked at old USI Website and only found some 11mil/5.7oz polyester banners, but 5.7 oz is only 160g?
What we like, - the material is solid, no ink bleeding, - and print quality and color range is very nice (good coating, obviously). - and the material is pretty thin, which is good for our purpose. And - of course - the main reason to use it, is its canvas-like structure.
So, do you maybe know any source of this material? Or an alternative? In best case something available in Europe, but we are willing to look at any possibility.
Does not have to be 127cm - we used to have four different variants: 91,4cm, 106,7cm, 127cm and 152cm, and mostly used 91,4 and 106,7.
