We have a JFX200 and both heads are just holding on. Looking for some tech recommendations or head replacement experts. We have the 2 heads on site.

We have 4 printers so just want to be sure we can dial in the color matching as well once install.

Thanks for any input.

Looking for an on-site tech, or someone to guide you through it remotely? Not a particularly hard process, just takes a good deal of time.

Hi smoke...I do have experience changing the heads on our old jf1631 printers but have not tested my ability on the jfx200 just yet. Worried more about dialing in the colors probably although I have no clue where to start. I guess I'm also concerned about causing a deeper electrical issue by somehow making improper connects. I would be replacing both heads on one machine too. Are you able to guide the process?

Happy to provide assistance remotely or even in person if needed. If you're mechanically inclined, remote is usually pretty easy. I also have a JFX200 and JFX200 EX in shop I can use for reference when guiding people over video if needed. Likewise, when on site, I also am more than happy to let people follow along with an install. Simple fact of the matter is, there aren't enough printer techs in some areas, so I have no issue showing the 'secrets'.

Hi Smoke, where are you located. We are in Indiana. We are a bit close on time and I should have 2 new head arriving tomorrow. If you want you can direct message me and we can discuss the options and costs.
