Sales Representative Job Purpose:
Serves customers by selling SignVOX Products and services.

Sales Representative Job Duties:
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. This will require travel.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. Includes sales presentation via webinar.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Submits orders for processing and training.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Attends industry trade shows
Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales, cloud computing and basic computer knowledge. Sign and graphic industry experience a must.

Ideal Candidate:
1.Sales reps who worked for sign suppliers who know the sign business in their area and have a previous business relationship with the sign business owners. Should be able to cold call to create the pipeline.
2. Outside Sales reps who have worked at sign/print businesses with good understanding of the workflow and the technologies in this industry. Should be able to cold call to create the pipeline.

Other Skills:
1. A self starter, almost an entrepreneur but with some safety net.
2. Able to work with co-workers spread across the country/world.
3. Excellent Time management skills
4. Good understanding of latest productivity tools to get work done like chat tools, Google docs, VOIP etc.,
5. Ability to work alone remotely.

Requirements: Car for area based travel, internet connection, computer or tablet, cell phone.

Compensation: Base Salary+Commission+Expenses. (W2 or 1099). Please respond with your previous salary and current salary expectations (Base+Commission).

We are currently looking for one sales rep in each of the following areas:
1. California (Based either in So Cal or San Francisco Bay Area)
2. Texas (Based in Dallas/Houston covering Dallas, Houston, San Antonio Area)
3. Tri State (NY/NJ/CT and PA area)
