Mac to PC conversion

Can someone help me with this file.
It was sent to me by a customer that got it from their designer.
I understand it was from a mac.
I can't open either one on my PC
This is their 2nd attempt to get it to me

Can one of you mac people open it and export it to me for a PC
I'm on Flexi and CS2

Is it a Mac to PC issue or a CS4 to CS2 issue? That's probably more the case.

Got the email. Unfortunately I won't be able to help.

These files are Zero KB in size. I would assume your customer incorrectly saved the files. Ask them to re-save the files and you should be good to go.

An eps on a Mac is the same as an EPS file on a PC so that was not the issue.

Make sure your client emails you .sit or .zip of eps files cause they get corrupt in email. Or they can save as a .pdf, which can then be opened in Illy.
